Those who have a buliding background are able to teach our local carpenters a few tricks as well during their time at St Jude.
Many Rotarians also sponsor one of our students. They get the chance to go and visit the students home and meet their families.
Visiting Rotary teams enjoy eating lunch with the students and having sometime afterwards to sit down and chat with them.
Derry Swanson and his Rotary Team had a big task ahead of them to finish all of the benches, but they were able to do it and on time!
Having fun painting with our full time carpenter Alfonze.
Visiting Rotarians also get a chance to try to carry baskets as the local women do. They tend to be a bit better at it, but two thumbs up for trying.
