Graeme & Chris Dodsworth (Brisbane, Australia)- Sponsors & Rotarians
What a privilege to visit The School of St. Jude. We first met Gemma in Brisbane at the World Rotary Convention 2003 and became caught up with her energy and dedication and were very keen to become involved.
In August 2007, we had a most interesting time at the Moshono campus, some time was spent working on furniture building, but most time in the library with the 2 very dedicated Librarians.
We were delighted to meet those we sponsor and to see where they lived. Top experiences were hearing the whole school sing together and to eat lunch of beans and rice with them. The wonderful staff and polite and energetic students made us so welcome that we want to return soon.
In the meantime we are promoting all aspects of the school at every opportunity - especially to Service Clubs who are willing to "Lend a Hand"
