Derry Swanson (SA, Australia) Rotarian
My six weeks at St Judes, in October '07, were a wonderful experience. It was great to see at first hand, the life changing advantage given to children of the poorest parents in Tanzania, through the inspiration of Gemma, and the generosity of people from around the world. I consider myself very lucky to have been able to contribute in a small way.

Event Ideas

The Friends Program has recently undergone some changes, and we are actively working on getting the website up to date. Please send us pictures and ideas of events that you have held or will be holding, so that we can share these pictures and ideas on our own Friends webpage!

As a token of our appreciation, The School of St. Jude will issue a beautiful and customized certificate to anyone who holds an event, along with a letter from the students at St Judes. For any Friends who hold an event over 10 people and sends us pictures, a unique Friends bumper sticker will be added, and for anyone holding an event over 50 people and sends us pictures, an embroidered Navy Blue Friends of St. Jude polo shirt will be sent to you!
