There are 3 registered Schools of St Jude in Tanzania. Two primary schools and one secondary school. Each school has a local Headmaster who is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the school and site. On his leadership team he has:
- 1. The Academic Master who supervises the leaders of the 7 teaching departments - Science, English, Kiswahili, Social Studies, Mathematics, Vocational Skills and Computer Studies.
- 2. Two Deputies who look after the non-academic side of the school; everything from the welfare of the children, meetings with parents, overseeing security and the gardeners who tend the grounds, the hard working kitchen staff, the busy bus drivers and much more.
- 3. The Boarding Manager who is responsible for the smooth running and welfare of all the boarding students and staff.
- 4. Head Boy and Head Girl who together with their student leadership team help to manage the student population.
